How do I find out my order status?

If you are logged into your account at the time of purchase you are able to check your order status and view your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you are not logged in you will still receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Can I Cancel my order?

We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If your order has been shipped and you would no longer like the product you may refuse the package and it will be sent back to us. You will be refunded the amount of the order minus the shipping charge.
